An-Anti-Social Principal

What are the reasons behind the anti-sociality of the principal of JNV Samastipur against me:-
1.Principal had crossed 5 years in school out of rule .
2.Principal is a local person within 20 KM in radius .So he works anti-socially without fear and under connectivity.

Many navodayan principal transferred himself but why this brutal, rapist, gunda principal didn’t transfer himself.Because JNV Samastipur has become place of wrong works for this person.In my case ,NVS regional office and headquarter have protected principal and NVS didn’t transfer this principal still because by this principal ,NVS officers get a good commission from the wrong works of principal.So this can be said that principal does wrong under the protection and conservation of NVS.

1 year is going to pass on 14 Sept 2011 but even no medical test happenned till now.I can tolerate only 1 months more.Then,if i will not get freedom/chance of freedom from that objection then i will free myself from this world.

Going Through New Democratic Model

Two things are missed from my model of democracy.This is 3-tier Panchayati Raj System and Minicipal System.In fact,there is need to include many facts and points in my model still.But what i have though about the controlling and supervising of 3-tier Panchayati Raj System and Minicipal System,i am going to explain..
I have said about the sub-separation of power,which will be implemented at departmental level as the including of deparmental legislative and judiciary.I have said about a new chief legislative composed by all departmental legislatives[even can be composed directly,this will be best ] at each required level and a chief judiciary at each required level .Please go to 648rahul.jagranjunction.com for details …

This chief legislative and judiciary can control and supervise the works of 3-tier Panchayati Raj System and Minicipal System.

Works of legislative as under:-

Legislative can discuss over the schemes implemented,organized and finished by Panchayati Raj System,can take part in meetings of this system,can enforce this system to ensure regular meetings,can look into and investigate the irregularities,can audit and recommend judiciary to punish erring officials and representatives.

The chief legislative of each municipal level can perform all above works for Minicipal System of that level.

Besides,all departmental legislatives of that level can perfom above works when Panchayati Raj system and municipal system of same[that] level perform the work related to their departments.

Works of judiciary as under:-
Judiciary can audit over the schmes,look into and investigate irregularities after receiving complaint or taking sou moto cognizance by hearing from any medium,can punish and order to implement schemes for people.

The chief judiciary of each municipal level can perform all above works for Minicipal System of that level.Besides,all departmental judiciaries of that level can perfom above works when Panchayati Raj system and municipal system of same[that] level perform the work related to their departments.

Each human beings is institution and representative himself/herself.So this is the humiliation to the human rights where there is lack of institutions and representations.So these must be expended.
