The Withdrawal & Cunning Diplomacy Of Principal
The cunning diplomacy of principal for my withdrawal can be observed
by each and every step which was taken by principal for his
selfishness but refered to the other medium.
Due to the corrupt ideology of principal,irrigation created by my
philosophy is a self-created process .But he wants my withdrawal so
he said on 26 June that if i would opt Humanities then i would be
expelled.This is the mental condition of a human being where a human
being wants destruction of others then start to harass others by any
way.But i agreed for Science.
Principal wanted suffocated situation for me so that i could be bound
to take TC.So didn’t try to compromise on 6 Juy when his mother was
doubting on that way.
On 23 Aug,when principal knew that i have desired to live in school so
he started to reflect his cunning diplomacy.He imposed two conditions
of living:-
1.If i would live in tension,i would be expelled.
2.If i would talk with him.i would be expelled.
Principal wanted suffocated situation for me so that i could take TC
due to these condition of living.He created diplomacy on that manner
where if i can’t take TC then i can be expelled.
Principal didn’t justify on 23 Aug because he thought that if he would
justify then suffocated situation for me couldn’t be created.So i
could live in school.
It was totally due to my very few anti-corrupt philosophy and work.
Why diplomacy was being implemented?If this withdrawal
diplomacy-cunning diplomacy was being implemented that means there was
no condition where i could be expelled.So there was the cunning
diplomacy for my withdrawal.
On 14 Sept,he expelled me on that condition where only doubt to
sleeping was obvioused by the statement of witnesses.
One boy was focusing to my knocking of door for one day that means i
didn’t remain in his room for night after 9 P:M as one another boy stated.Because that first boy must be conformed with it.Sanjeev stated that
bhaijee used to say that i used to come…….that means bhaijee was
saying wrong according to a bhaijee [that first boy] because he was focusing
to knocking the door.That another boy must be conformed by the mind-created trapping idea of principal.But he siad another and which was not obviosed by that first boy.Later,in front of myself,that another boy accepted that he didn’t want to say against me.That means,due to the fear created by the pressure of principal and in front of principal,he said so.There was the contradictory everywhere.So
everything was wrong.So Sanjeev used to see me at morning is right
only.
So principal reflected cunning diplomacy in front of hindustan by
referring to the written complain of his mother.He created double
conspiracy for his protection.Principal never informed me about that written complain.

Before my arrival to school on 14 Sept,principal called Sanjeev and those boys for creating pressure by asking before about this for his conspiracy.After my arrival,he called them but out of his  14 roommates,only 4 came.Out of 4,only 2 stated.Why it’s so but there was the pressure.Principal wanted to withdraw me,so by utilizing very few as a medium by creating pressure on him,he withdrew me but still objection was not cleared.Principal would withdraw me on that condition also when no witness would come.Because,after giving application for cancellation of TC on 26 Aug 2011,i wanted the cancellation of that application.So my father consulted to principal on 3 Sept.He was saying-”I have said him corrupt.I have complaint against him.”So he was not desiring to cancel.On 12 Sept,he was saying to come my father only so that he could give TC easily.But when he knew that i am coming also then he created plannation for my trapping.

Principal was asking-”Why i was living with Sanjeev?”

This answer is  situated within principal’s conspiracy.

When i went to school on 14 Sept 2011,principal was saying that by the statement of Sanjeev,i can be impriosened.But when he arrived,he stated the above mentioned statement.That means principal was telling lie and he had created pressure to Sanjeev for this.Inspite of this,he said reality.This is why,i was living.A child of only 12 was not giving  statement according to the expectation of principal irrespective of considering about the pressure of principal.

Principal also wanted to know about his troubles, which was created by me-according to the principal’s view.But he referred to those boys who tortured,which is real view.But principal ignored this because he wanted to trap me in his torturing also.But I,myself,was tortured a lot.

Even principal called a teacher,with whom i had to be interacted due to that reason on 2 Jan 2011 and  said that teacher to object.That teacher had also interacted to me on 3 Oct 2011,but for not good purpose.I had good purpose.But Principal didn’t call  his mother.What is this?This is the double conspiracy of principal because he trapped me according to his mentality and mind-created idea but referred to that written complain.

LOSS OF DOUBT

I am only known about the constitutioal provision of benefit of doubt.By the above statement of all witnesses,i must be provided benefit of doubt because there was doubt to sleeping only.Firstly,sleeping must be obvioused.Then,the sexual condition must be obvioused.But there was nothing such. But i think,govt must implement loss of doubt so that such corrupt person like principal can utilize this as he has utilized.Unless,my trapping is non-constitutional and justice must be provided in favour of me.If the written complain of his mother is considered,it was complaint only due to doubt.On 14 Sept or previous time,when i said for justification,Firstly,all processes must be followed according to that written complain and sexual condition must be obvioused.There was no any eye witness.Sanjeev nothing accepted so irrespective of mass pressure of principal and his family member.

If there would be no written complain,on that condition also principal would trap me because principal created mind-created idea for my trapping and utilized those boys as a medium for the implementation of that idea in wrong work and that boys had complaint on 8 March 2011 but not on that manner as principal presented.This is obvioused by the statement of above witnesses.

On  6 July 2011,when Sanjeev’s mother was saying that she is desiring to issue the TC of Sanjeev,i myself was saying that she is saying due to me.Inspite of this,principal said nothing.I said nothing against my objection on that time because i wanted proper settlement of Sanjeev in school.If i would say on 6 July,perhaps the situation would be uncontrolled because his mother had only problem from me but i would said about the reality of those boys who complaint but tortured and didn’t complain against his friends and within themself also.I would say about the psychology of Sanjeev.Replying for my favour in front of his mother could issue the TC of Sanjeev in real because his mother would face all round irritations,not only from me.I  would say about my philosophical view of living.But i  said nothing  because i wanted proper settlement of Sanjeev.So i said later by SMS and email.But it was considered nothing.I called his mother for justification before 23 Aug 2011 but she didn’t.I requested principal to justify by calling his mother & those boys on 23 Aug 2011,but he didn’t.That means the case had been closed.So i couldn’t be trapped on 14 Sept 2011 after complaining against principal due to the personal tyranny created by principal.If it was done,there must be benefit of doubt for me.

Why principal clapped me on 14 Sept?Why principal was threatening me?Why he didn’t give me opportunity to be cross-examined with witnesses? Why he ordered  a teacher to withdraw me from the hostel and main gate? It’s so because i complaint against him. So he mistreated in this way and trapped. If he would withdraw me due to that written complain, he would not mistreat with me.

It will be not exaggeration to say that principal wanted my withdrawal and interference of his mother did nothing but fulfilled the expectation of principal because i had to be bound to take TC & far away Delhi due the cunning diplomacy created by principal on the foundation of the interference of his mother .When I flew away and remained unknown by everyone, his mother was afraid. Why she was afraid? If I was wrong, she must not be afraid. So after complaining against principal, it was the pressure of principal to his mother ,due to this principal could refer to that written complain after trapping me because his mother was sympathetic on that time when I flew away. The only reason behind the conversion of this sympathy into non-sympathy is the pressure of principal. If there would be no pressure of principal, his mother would be sympathetic for me and I would be not trapped and could remain in school.

How much principal has become wrong?

He said so because principal was asking in wrong manner that i used to sleep with him regularlyHe was replying according to the question of principal.It is right that i have slept for three days.First day,31 Dec 2011 is known by Sanjeev and there was the acceptance of senior in front of him.But i haven’t do anything.On 8 Feb,due to torturing,he slept after 12 midnight so he would be not known because he was in mass tension.But i would do wrong,he would be known.I was permitted by his senior.I informed him on morning time.On 7 march,he slept after 1 A:M and there was mass tension.I slept opposite of him.My head was in south and his was in north.I slept only on the half length.So he would be not known.But i would do wrong,he would be known.But if i used to sleep regularly,as principal presented,he would be known because there would be something wrong or there would be no mass tension for Sanjeev.So he would awake and at least see me.
