O celestial Muse !
Give me the power
Refine the virtue in me,
that in form of a shower
once been poured by thee.
The pursuit of ephemeral desire
had weaken’d the will
Keeping the beatific fire
From burning within me; till,
Something in haste
gave me a vision
A fair and mystic sight
came up with a reason;
To let my sordid taste
diminish and die
Giving way to the
chaste spirit that lie
In the torturous hearth
Of morbid customary sin
Like Satan’s only dearth –
The lust that couldn’t win……….
