OK, so OBAMA smokes.  And he relishes cheeseburgers and French fries.    His cholesterol is a bit over the limit, but otherwise he is in excellent health.   But  Oh No.  Voters are concerned.  There are polls whether it is OK for the US president to smoke and whether he deserves a drink?    Obama, today is a rock star!   He is one of the biggest role models out there.   Hence some argue, that as a role model, Obama should quit smoking for good.  Since this is not setting a good example for the youth.   But others feel that his addiction humanizes him and makes him more real – even the president is mere mortal that succumbs to the cigarette once in a while.  What do you think?

What is more interesting is that Obama’s health report is a matter of public record and we can all have a view on what the AMERICAL president should or should not do – whether he is allowed a diet of cheeseburgers or can he smoke.   What is his LDL level, Blood Pressure, Vision etc are all a matter of public record.    If you take a look at Obama’s health details from his physical exam – you would also say, Wow,  I wish I was so healthy.  The Chief White House Physician pronounced that “The President is in excellent health and “fit for duty”.  All clinical data indicates that he will remain so for the duration of his presidency.  So why should we be concerned if he lights up once in a while?   It is his personal decision, nay, or does the president does not have that right!
